Bay Rd is made by the Hastie brothers in Dunedin. We wanted to create a top-notch local peanut butter, that is healthy, sustainable, and tastes great. You can find us at our factory on weekdays, or if the doors locked, at the beach.
We only use hi-oleic peanuts, that have a high level of the good monounsaturated fats that regulate cholesterol. We use a little pink Himalayan salt – one of the purest, healthiest salts on the planet. It contains up to 84 trace minerals. We admit, each nut isn’t individually crunched by hand. But our hands expertly operate the roaster and grinder.
